- Case study in progress
Real food, plated as it actually arrives — or a subscriber eating it on an ordinary weeknight. Warm, not styled to death.
What it is
A meal subscription for people who would rather buy back their time.
The problem
Noosh is not a delivery marketplace. It exists for people who have reached the point where their time is worth as much as their money.
Deciding what to eat, planning it, shopping for it, cooking it and cleaning up after it is a job nobody applied for. Noosh takes that job.
The context
Launching first in Benin City, Edo State.
What I built
The specific things you designed and shipped. Screens, systems, decisions.
Process
How the work actually went. Including the parts that did not work.
Outcomes
What happened after it shipped. Only numbers you can stand behind.
Lessons
What you would tell yourself at the start. This is the part people remember.
