Five thousand is a number. This is what is inside it — where they started, what they went on to do, and what they'd say about it themselves.
This archive is deliberately empty. It is the one part of the site that cannot be written on anyone's behalf — every entry needs a real name, a real story, and that person's permission to tell it.
Add each person to the `people` array in src/content/impact.ts — name, programme, year, what they do now, a portrait and a quote if they've given one. Each record automatically gets a page at /people/<slug> and appears on the homepage.
